How the Programme Works

This is a structured, practical 12-session Business English coaching package designed to improve your ability to communicate confidently and effectively in real workplace situations.

Each of the 12 sessions is built around varied, speaking-focused activities that develop fluency, confidence, and natural communication. The emphasis is on active speaking practice, not passive learning.

You’ll work through a mix of:

  • Guided speaking practice based on real workplace situations

  • Role-plays and scenario-based communication tasks

  • Discussion-based exercises to develop fluency and flexibility

  • Problem-solving and decision-making conversations

  • Practice responding naturally in spontaneous dialogue

Alongside functional Business English, the programme can also be tailored to specific professional situations you are currently facing.

For example, if you have a big presentation coming up, we can focus on structuring and delivering it clearly and confidently. If you are tendering for a contract, we can work on the language, clarity, and persuasion needed for that process.

Sessions can be adapted to reflect your real work priorities so you are prepared for what you need to do right now.
